Put back test jdbc driver for MariaDB ... need to look at changes in newer driver wrt forwardOnlyHintOnFindIterate
...
That is, forwardOnlyHintOnFindIterate is a hack to support poor MySql jdbc driver behavior but maybe we can remove this
hack in later versions of MariaDB at least
