Rob Bygrave c7bd6c8bde Support a naming convention function that can be applied to metrics names for reporting 
For example, can apply a lower case underscore naming convention to the metrics names. This
can be done such that it doesn't have to be applied every time the metrics are collected and
reported.

The effective fix is in DLoadContext, only allow includeSoftDeletes to be set from
the query when the query is SpiQuery.Mode.NORMAL (not a lazy loading query).

Rob Bygrave 31ac0f794f Add avaje-applog-slf4j dependency to ebean-api 
This means by default AppLog logging goes to slf4j-api. Exclude this dependency to otherwise
control the AppLog System.Logger implementation.
