Patrick W. HealyandGitHub 4c81a065f1 Update multicluster.md (#288) 
Attempting to include the multicluster plugin with the suggested plugin.cfg line of `multicluster:github.com/coredns/multicluster/` leads to a compile error:

```
core/plugin/zplugin.go:60:2: malformed import path "github.com/coredns/multicluster/": trailing slash
make[1]: *** [Makefile:16: coredns] Error 1
```

Removing the trailing slash fixes the issue and matches the format of the repository URLs on the other extplugins files.

Miek GiebenandGitHub f28845fbe6 Fix metrics link (#244) 
Remove stale.html to be compatible with newer hugo versions, couldn't
figure out who to quickly update it and it's only used when blogs are
marked stale which we never did.

Also I usually go back and update config to make it work with latest
released coredns - if possible.
