- There is a primary key defined that doesn't contain the partition column
In DDL generation, automatically add the partition column to the DB primary key.

Bug - OneToMany orphanRemoval = true, replace collection adding back original collection entry

- Adding back a bean from the original collection
- Expect that bean to exist in the final result but, it's missing
Fix here is in SaveManyBeans to add a insertAllChildren and use ebi.setNew(); for beans to force them to insert for this case.

Effectively Ebean internally needs to keep a count on the number of times AS OF predicates are added (to joins + top level table). This change moves keeping that count for all joins to DbSqlContext.

Ebean produces an invalid query when trying to lazy load @OneToOne
from a historical bean. This test asserts working behaviour.

Refactor L2 cache tenant awareness - add TenantAwareCache
...
The design change is to use TenantAwareCache to deal with wrap/unwrap of tenant aware keys, removing any tenant awareness from the underlying cache implementations (DefaultServerCache, redis, hazelcast etc).

Support EntityBeanIntercept as an interface with InterceptReadWrite and InterceptReadOnly options

With the view that we can optimise the readOnly + disableLazyLoad case by using InterceptReadOnly which doesn't need to support any of the flags used as part of mutation.
