If we get a lot of cache mutation (puts) between background trims then also trigger runEviction() in foreground using mutationCounter.

Rob Bygrave d036edf7fd #2677 - Fix for trim failing on mutation of lastAccessTime 
Currently, lastAccessTime can mutate during cache trim processing. This fixes this issue by taking a copy of the lastAccessTime storing as lastAccessSort and using that for sorting for cache trim.

Rob Bygrave 756e3e4a1c #2651 - @OneToOne with @History, add fix and update tests 
Effectively Ebean internally needs to keep a count on the number of times AS OF predicates are added (to joins + top level table). This change moves keeping that count for all joins to DbSqlContext.

Rob Bygrave f5a779e18b Refactor L2 cache tenant awareness - add TenantAwareCache 
The design change is to use TenantAwareCache to deal with wrap/unwrap of tenant aware keys, removing any tenant awareness from the underlying cache implementations (DefaultServerCache, redis, hazelcast etc).
