- Migrate from io.ebean:ebean-test-docker -> io.ebean:ebean-test-containers
- Migrate (with 5.8) package from io.ebean.docker.commands -> io.ebean.test.containers

Adding requires com.fasterxml.jackson.annotation and ebean-test needs jupiter as provided scope
Interesting these changes are required for compilation against Java 11, not required for Java 17+.
