Rob Bygrave 0100d024d9 #2750 #2751 SoftDeleted entity included via lazy loading (Jackson serialisation) 
The effective fix is in DLoadContext, only allow includeSoftDeletes to be set from
the query when the query is SpiQuery.Mode.NORMAL (not a lazy loading query).

- Postgres DDL generation
- Using table partitioning
- There is a primary key defined that doesn't contain the partition column

In DDL generation, automatically add the partition column to the DB primary key.

Rob Bygrave 74174444bb Bug - OneToMany orphanRemoval = true, replace collection adding back original collection entry 
- Adding back a bean from the original collection
- Expect that bean to exist in the final result but, it's missing

Fix here is in SaveManyBeans to add a insertAllChildren and use ebi.setNew(); for beans to force them to insert for this case.

I think there is not a case where we do NOT want to do this. allQuotedIdentifiers + Postgres is almost not usable without this.

Currently, lastAccessTime can mutate during cache trim processing. This fixes this issue by taking a copy of the lastAccessTime storing as lastAccessSort and using that for sorting for cache trim.
